We offer refund for the unserved portion of your subscription only if requested within the six month duration from the subscription or renewal date. For example, if you had a one-year subscription and eight months are still remaining, you'll get a refund equal to the cost of those eight months. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used within 5-7 working days from the day when the refund request is registered.
