Yes, you can extend your membership even if your subscription is ongoing. We will extend the period based on the number of year(s) you select.

What is automatic renewal? Is it mandatory?

When buying a subscription, selecting the auto-renewal option will renew your subscription automatically when it expires. The same payment source you used when making the first purchase will be charged for the renewal. You can cancel automatic renewals easily anytime. Many subscribers requested this feature as they didn't want to worry about renewing their subscriptions manually.

Can I cancel my subscription before the year ends?

You can cancel your subscription at any point in time.

What is your Refund Policy?

We offer refund for the unserved portion of your subscription only if requested within the six month duration from the subscription or renewal date. For example, if you had a one-year subscription and eight months are still remaining, you'll get a refund equal to the cost of those eight months. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used within 5-7 working days from the day when the refund request is registered. Please note that the subscribers who purchased the magazine under a special offer (such as Anniversary offer, New year offer and etc.) will not be entitled to a refund.
